good job on the new banner! footer a bit too big? maybe its meant to be but it should be smaller in my opinion. borders also needed... otherwise good job!

what borders? i think navigation is still solid and fluid without them.
the footer was a quick fix, but it seems to be liked, it will change overtime like the banner

wen viewing the shoutbox in full view/archive...u really can hardly read the gold vip font color over the basically same color menu bar...
