when i log in I cant see the sb or the cb, it just says loading messages, but if I click summin open in a new page, i can see the chatbox, any help please?

which browser are you using? this was happening to a few people and clearing out their browsers cache entirely seemed to fix it -

yea, cleared everything still nothing, sb and cb still wont load

Might be a Firefox thing. I use Google chrome and get no issues BobbyComment

I use Firefox, and have no problems with Shoutbox. Chatbox can't see obviously

ive tried using firefox, ie8 and chrome, none of them let me see the either sb or cbBlack eyes. Like a doll's eyes. ^^^ the same thing was happening to me when i first got on.... i dont know what happened... im not sure if it started working because i got a faster internet service or it just randomly started working... but is started working.. lol..Comment

lol, ive even updated flash, shockwave, and my gfx card and still nothing, and my internet is 25MBs, so I dont think its that

are you using http or httpS to reach the site? i just tried using http without the S and had the same issue in chrome. If you have a book mark for the site, try adjusting it to have the S in http. I think before vb4 I had it set so http auto redirects to https. It is not doing that now, which may be your problem. Let me know if that works while I write a file to redirect http to https
*update* script complete. you should redirect to https automatically if you arent using it. Let me know if this is still a problem bobbyComment
