Hey ive been on a few forums where I get emails promoting or reminding people about something.
I noticed that i didnt get a birthday email from here but did from other forums ,
so I was thinking Josh u should set up automatic emails for birthdays ,saying happy birthday

Also Send out a email maybe once a week , saying , drop into MF to see this new documentary just uploaded etc.

Members that have registered but are not active will get the email and then maybe log back on.

P.s this was the idea i had josh that i couldnt remember ,lol i only remebererd once i saw ur forum downtime thread.

aiight excellent idea. I actually just installed a reminder email just yesterday but an event one is good too. ill look into getting one right now.

looks like vbulletin is saying that birthday email should be sent automatically, built into the program. maybe i have something disabled, ill check it out

cool, ill leave the thread open for anyone else who has similar suggestions, but the email system appears to be working great.
