Im logged in

Whenever I visit 2pac-forum dot com i can't visit the forums unless I use the search function first and then click a link. It says I'm not logged in. Even right now it gives me this message that I'm not logged in, but on top of the screen it says I am logged in. If im not logged in, how am i posting this then???
