go 2 google, type "windows media player plugin" + "name of your interner browser" download it, instal and restart your browser! that should do the trick!

what happens when you try to play the video? does it not play at all, or do you hear the sound with no video? no you get some kind of error?

try to make a screen shot of your screen when the video is trying to play if you can.

try it on google chrome , same happened to me before but i installed chrome and it tells you which plugin you are missing and gives you the option to always run it on this site
