There have been on going issues with the mentions/quotes/tags mod. For awhile I thought the issue was related to incompatability between the mod and the mobile/tapatalk/forum runner apps. While it is true the mod is incompatable with those apps, I was able to pin down another issue affecting the mod.

This issue has now been resolved, so mentions/quotes/tags etc should all work much better. Anyone who receives a quote/tag/mention from someone using tapatalk or forum runner will probably still not get a notification, but it should work at all other times.
