    Dunno if this is possible, nor that my idea is the sollution to the problem.. but lets spill it.

    I've been visiting 2pac forums, since they excist.

    In the years they all got improved, with cataloques, mobile versions, reference sections etc.

    But my greatest frustrations of all the forums are these threads that keep popping up each month/ year. With questions that have been asked for the last 10 years, atleast 10 times a year.

    Would it be great, that all the thread can be tagged by a mod or the member that creates it. That way u can connect all these threads to certain topics - wich combines knowladge/ rumours. That way u can use threads like factsheets. And when u combine these knowledge you get new questions - that really matter. No threads where the first 10 pages are filled with the obvious (same old same old) info.

    You cant solve this, because new people keep signing up.

    Maybe its known for you, but not for a new person (s). And we cant forbid people to discuss about it, only because some long time pac fans talk about it before.

      Yep totally agree with [MENTION=856]L-Booma here long time dedicated 2pac fans may know most of the stuff that get's posted but 2pac will continue to gain new fans year after year that get introduced to his music.So trying to filter out every new fan posts or a person that is not familiar with all things 2pac would be a very tedious task and this information may be totally new to them and old to us.

          I try my best to merge same topic threads or close one and link it to the other. I know your frustrations. I've been moving threads and trying to organize the site some over the last few weeks. If you find anything shoot me a pm and I'll help you out bro.

            @7hemack

            I don't think it's a bad idea and ideally it should probably be that way..

            But L-Booma has a valid point and it's a good enough excuse to allow this issue to linger in my opinion..

            Mcny71 does have an OCD for keeping shit organized but the task is a huge one and even he would need more help than we all have time to give right now..

              You can make a comprehensive 2pac FAQ that you can direct people to. Got a question? Check the FAQ first. That way you can prevent pointless repeating.

                  I appreciate the positive replies. [MENTION=856]L-Booma: My sugesture doenst have the goal to prevent 'newbs' for asking their question. But has the goal to prevent that they keep repeating the questions we did over the 10 years. Better... i want them to jump in a community where they can pick up the knowladge that is collected over the years. And theur curiousity combined with the knowlegde we collected will create a inspiring invirement.

                            Yeah I don't think people will dig it too much to sign up for a forum and read it like a book to make sure they don't re re re post a question. imo.

                              have you checked out our Reference section? its all closed threads but it's full of information and it's very organized and neat. you could be in there for days looking at shit. if the regular threads get bored, go check out reference: Reference Section Home Page
