I have an idea, instead of banning people can't we just give the users restrictions? Like, they can still browse all forums but not post anything at all. So it would be more of a comment/post ban

Back then we had a modification called global ignore. When a user was on global ignore, he was able to post but nobody on the forum except moderators could see the post lol
