Hello. Recently I had 1 shout from Shoutbox but I have no access. Is it because it may have been from section I have no access to so far? ( Downloads section). I couldn't find info about it on site. Explanation would be appreciated.

I do see shoutbox on forum , but when I click it , forum says that I don't have access to it.
Is it because I'm not eligible for it yet? I couldn't find information on shoutbox so I thought I'd ask.

Niko, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

If It's from downloads section, then this makes sense. I'm sorry.
50 posts are needed and 30 days registration, if I got a shout from downloads section then it is clear for me that I need access.
