Thanks guys really feeling the love on here and I'm so happy that I found a place with some serious 2Pac fans and discussion going on. I knew it would only take a matter of time for a true collectors / fan community to form so that we can start having a voice that 2Pac deserves the treatment that any other legendary musician has had. These are the years of such importance since most of the recordings are still fresh. The more that are collected and properly stored now the more the new generation of people who NEED to hear Pac's message will have to devour.

I'll be on the site a lot. I was up till 9 am reading it last night and can't get enough.

I am also a big collector of the original vinyl that was used to produce the samples for 2Pac's beats. Is that something appropriate for the collection page?

Hey everyone just wanted to introduce myself to the board so that I could get started with the discussions and what not. I really love the look of this site and the fact that there is so much information on the original 2 pac recordings that exist. I'm a collector of many types of music and feel that 2pac will always be the strongest voice in hip hop. His original recordings need to be preserved and respected like other music legends of the past that have had the same treatment. I am excited to be part of a site that feels the same way that 2Pac deserves respect beyond what is often his public image.

I've been listening to 2Pac since he came out while I was in Jr. High and even remember the first time seeing him in Nothing But Trouble one day when I skipped school. I hope that in time there will be a properly done 2Pac box set that will include annotated recordings of his vast amount of work.

FROM SANTA CRUZ? I used to live right near the wharf. Nothings better than a 2 minute jog to the beach and then miles of running up and down that coast. Santa Cruz is too beautiful... paradise.
