Glad to be here. Should've joined this site a long time ago. IDK why I didn't.
I'm 33 years old. I live in a small town in Tennessee. I've been a Pac fan since '93 when I first seen "I Get Around" on MTV. Me & my brother got into west coast rap for some reason. Me mainly because of Dre & Snoop. Also Ice Cube & Coolio. My brother somehow took a liking to E-40 after hearing him on Coolio's album Gangsta's Paradise. So we would always end up buying the albums with Pac features on them. Like E-40 Richie Rich, Too Short, Spice 1 and people like that.
2Pac was really active through my high school years. He was killed my senior year. He was kinda popular around my area mainly because of California Love. I hated that most of my friends never really got into his music or bought his albums until after he died. Then for some reason it was the thing to do.
I heard about this forum from BTNHBoard.com where I've been a member since 2007. They're my favorite rap group (still). I was referred to this forum from there by [MENTION=3662]MCNewYork71 (Thanks Bro).
That's just a short summary. I could go on for hours about Pac's music, movies & his impact on my life and my character. He really shaped my views on a lot of things by opening my eyes to the world. He kinda taught me to stand up for myself and not let people run over me. I really got a lot of respect for the man.
