PM Inbox size

Since we are now running on a server with more space i went ahead and upgraded the max PM storage for registered users with the 2Pac download section access to 100. For you guys who cannot see that section yet, your limit is still 50. Once you reach 30 posts/30 days you will auto promote to the new storage limit
