I have upgraded the shoutbox to include a number of new features. You can see all the features as well as customize how you would like the shoutbox to look by clicking the word "Shoutbox" above the box, then clicking options.
Some of the things you can do is:
Move the position on of the input bar
Change the size of the shoutbox
Enable/Disable sounds
Enable/Disable private messaging from within the shoutbox
Enable/Disable notifications within the shoutbox.
Everyone can customize the shoutbox to their liking now. As always please drop some feedback in the Letter to the President section.
