for me everytime, when i starting my browser new. but only on my XP SP3 pc, even at work. im not a pro, but i wanted to tell you it.

Do you use a bookmark or cached link to access the site initially? If so check if that link starts with http or https. If its not https delete the bookmark or cached link and usé https

yea there is your problem. type http://www.2pac-forum.com and it should load properly the first time

much better, thanks for the hint. can i adjust my browser, that it adds the httpS automaticly instead of http, when i type an adress into it or should i do a bookmark with the httpS, so it easily can grab the right adress?

Just add the below link as a bookmark then, then you can straight click it instead of typing it each and everytime
