Hey Everyone!
As promised on the site's birthday, we have a couple things planned for today, as well as an announcement.
To start things off, a mixtape put together by our DJ's is up for download in the Makaveli Mixtapes forum. This tape includes mixes by:
[MENTION=856]LarsVerb
[MENTION=747]Papaveli
[MENTION=842]D-Ace
[MENTION=2814]JayyRemixx
[MENTION=2072]Dj Tricki
[MENTION=306]KREW
[MENTION=2009]VenomRx
[MENTION=1946]DJ Cvince
[MENTION=9224]Devil Man
[MENTION=999]Kevin
[MENTION=2991]WC Mafia
[MENTION=1123]Lil' Prophet
[MENTION=206]Dj Dant
[MENTION=7122]djmoey
Big thanks to [MENTION=2997]Bryanonim for mastering this tape, and big thanks to [MENTION=1184]Draven for the amazing covers once again. This is one of the, if not THE best mixtape the 2Pac-Forum DJ's have ever done, be sure to check it out at the below linked thread, and major props to the #djs.
The Reference Versions section will be opened later today. This has been the #1 most wanted section by fans ever since we announced the first part of the Reference. Thanks to the hard work and determination of VIP Members Big Exodus, Jimjamslam218, and Michael, and staff members 2Lek, Djukak, and Adoutlaw, and of course the never ending hard work and design skills of Draven, the Reference Versions has been brought to life in true 2Pac-Forum style. None of this broken links, half assed, randomly thrown together projects like other sites; this section is true and complete, well thought out, organized, and with server links/images that cannot die, just like the rest of the Reference.
In it you will find every version of every non-retail 2Pac song ever made. All laid our in perfect 2Pac-Forum Reference Section style. It details the following information on each track:
Track Length
Features Artists
Type (demo, OG, unreleased, remix)
Differences (between each of the versions of the song)
Track Source
Mastered
Leak Source
Leak Year
I will post a link later today when the section is up and open to the public.
Lastly, I am announcing that work is well underway on Part 5 of the reference section. To date we have brought you:
Part 1: Discography
Part 2: Information
Part 3: Video Archive
Part 4: Versions
Part 5 will be the Gallery section. More details will follow soon, but be sure to stay tuned for that one. We came up with an idea that is really cool, that has never been done before on the scene...
Happy Birthday 2Pac!
