Shout Box Font Colors

I added in a bunch more colors to the font color options in the shoutbox. Click the drop down box to see them all. Here is the current list.

I used the two hex colors because those are the admin/smod colors. I wanted to make all the different colors that are used on the site available, as well as all the standard colors.

Any requests for more standard colors let me know, I tried to get all the ones I could think of

You should remove white.Its the same thing as default but its just white in the enter text area.
