Here's a first look at Resident Evil: Afterlife! Screen Gems doesn't release the film in 3D until September 10, but this offers you a peek at Alice, Claire and a hint of a baddie (culled right from Resident Evil 5). A trailer is going to be presented at WonderCon this weekend, and will debut on Saturday at MySpace, stay tuned for full coverage!
