According to The Hollywood Reporter, Dwayne Johnson is attached to Lore, a flick that was recently acquired by Warner Bros in a fierce bidding war. Lore is based upon IDW’s graphic novel of the same name.
Lore has been described as “Men in Black with mythological creatures.”
Cory Goodman and Jeremy Lott are on writing duties while Andrew Lazar, David Alpert, Rick Jacobs and the novel’s creator, Ashley Wood, will all be producing.
Book Synopsis: “In times past, the world was full of mythical creatures – creatures long since banished and held at bay by the secret society of Shepherds. But when the generational line of Shepherds is broken, a reluctant hero finds her life threatened from every quarter. And the creatures are coming back…”
