    The Marvel epic smashes records, dominates weekend box office.

    Marvel's The Avengers smashed domestic box office records this weekend, and now stands as having the biggest opening weekend of all time with an estimated $200.3 million. The previous record holder was Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 with $169 million.

    Here are the weekend estimates via Rentrak:

    1. Marvel's The Avengers $200,329,000

    2. Think Like a Man $8,000,000

    3. Hunger Games $5,700,000

    4. The Lucky One $5,510,000

    7. The Raven $2,508,000

    Frankly the movie sucked balls, i had high hopes and went watching the movie with excitement but it ended being a big flop. Batman will shit on the avengers this summer just watch and it.

        And it's a damn shame...Because DKR deserves alot more. But i was right tho it did shit on the avengers.

        Now tell me (if you have seen batman) which movie was better?

          i didnt see it but the people i know who have said its no avengers... and it obviously didnt shit on anything cause look at the numbers buddy

            I enjoyed the avengers it had everything a comic book movie should have in it stayed entertained through out the whole movie i have yet to see dark knight rises but i never seen all the hype in the previous installment i found it to be ok so guess i will just have to wait and see before judging the new one however the numbers show that avengers is still #1 for opening week.

              Movie wise, acting wise, story wise, it did shit on the avengers.
