Moneyball actor offered a last-minute role.
The Weinstein Company has just enlisted Jonah Hill for a role in Quentin Tarantino's Django Unchained.
According to Deadline, Hill was originally up for the part of Scotty Harmony, the kid who loses Django’s slave wife Broomhilda (Kerry Washington) to Leonardo DiCaprio's Calvin Candie. Due to scheduling conflicts, however, Hill had to turn it down. But now it sounds like the Moneyball actor is back in another role.
Django Unchained, which is obviouly still in production, has about six months left before its release on December 25.
