Director Arno Malarone is getting behind the camera for a modern day Jekyll and Hyde who knows no bounds.
Penned by Joycelyn Engle and Christopher M. Capwell, The Awakened will star Edward Furlong (Night of the Demons, Terminator 2), Christian Slater (Alone in the Dark, PLayback), Julianne Michelle (Apartment 1303 3D), Steven Bauer (Scarface, Primal Fear, Raising Cain) and Corey Sevier.
The horror pic follows a young woman who returns to her home town after 14 years to find her mother’s killer.
Shooting is set to begin September 10 in The Hamptons, New York.
