Get ready for more Ralphie!
Courtesy of Warner Home Entertainment, it's the gift you never even asked for! A Christmas Story 2 is finally happening, and it's coming to Blu-ray and DVD on October 30, just in time for the Christmas holiday.
Not be confused with the 1994 sequel My Summer Story, this latest installment, directed by Jingle All the Way's Brian Levant, picks up with Ralphie as a teenager who oh so desperately wants a new toy for Christmas -- a 1938 Hupmobile Skyline Convertible. The sequel is based on the original work of Jean Shepherd.
Braeden Lemasters stars as Ralphie, along with Daniel Stern as The Old Man, and David W. Thompson and David Buehrle as Flick and Schwartz, respectively.
