Tropic Thunder and Iron Man 2 scribe Justin Theroux is now set to direct Warner Bros.' comedy Swear to God, starring Steve Carell and Will Ferrell.
Deadline is reporting that Theroux, who wrote with an eye to direct Zoolander 2, will helm the feature, which centers on a narcissistic hedge fund manager (Carell) who thinks he's seen God.
Ferrell would co-star following the shoot on Anchorman 2, which also co-stars Carell. The studio is looking to begin production this July, with Ferrell's company Gary Sanchez producing.
