Positively bupkis has been confirmed concerning the plot of Avengers 2, but that hasn't stopped either semi-ludicrous casting rumors or fan speculation. To this end, sculptor Jim has created a model of what the Avenger's lachrymose android Vision could look like in Joss Whedon's Avengers 2. Spoilers ahead (but nearly everyone on the planet's seen the damn movie anyway).
Is this what Vision might look like in Avengers 2?As you can see, this bust uses the face of actor Clark Gregg, who plays S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Phil Coulson in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. And as you may remember, Coulson was killed by Loki in The Avengers, his death prompting the team to put aside their personality problems.
In the comic book, the android Vision is programmed with brain patterns of deceased humans, giving him emotions worthy of one of comic book history's most iconic panels.
If there is a cinematic Vision, will he be uploaded with Coulson's personality? And will he keep his 1960s diner color scheme? We'll see on May 1, 2015 when Avengers 2 hits theaters.
