  • Fast & furious 6. I didn't really like it. Not many cars in it. Too many chiefs in the movie. I liked the underground street racing. Not street racers and thugs and hustlers that act like swat team members.

                        Claires Knee

Interesting french film on psycho-sexuality. 7/10

                        Gangs of Wasseypur

Not the typical bollywood garbage, gangs of Wasseypur was an amazing viewing, one of the great gangster films among Scarface, A Prophet, Casino and The Departed etc. Absolutely underrated. 7.5/10

                        High and Low

Another epic Kurosawa picture, as exhilarating as Straw Dogs, and one of his finest. 8/10

                        L'Avventura

Another Antonioni masterpiece, an indirect indictment on people, their selfishness and their greed. 8/10

                        Red Desert

Again another Antonioni great, can't even put this into words. 9/10

                        The King of Comedy

Another Scorsese film I previously missed out on, it was absolutely touching and evocative, and Scorsese's most misunderstood and underrated, rather like the film itself. 7/10

                        A Bittersweet Life

A Korean gangster flick, reminded me of Alan Denoir from Le Samourai. But still grew rather vulgar. 6.5/10

                            • Bergman's existential film, though as you are taken through the sweet sentience of the aged narrator / protagonist, the film still evokes a bleak lonely reality in our existence. It's warm yet really harsh which makes it another memorable landmark in film. 9/10
