According to Variety, Joe Dante has been tapped to direct the horror feature, Air Disturbance for New Line Cinema, which has Robert Englund and Dylan Walsh in line to star.
The film is “is set on a transcontinental flight on which supernatural phenomena take place. Walsh plays a widowed father who protects his children and psychic girlfriend from some of the other passengers, particularly a fanatical minister (Englund).”
Filming is said to begin later this month in Los Angeles.
Unfortunately that’s all we’ve got to go on at this time, but stay tuned as I’m sure much more will come in later in the month.
