Moon director Duncan Jones is set to direct the big screen adaptation of Warcraft! This is the perfect project for Jones, and I can't wait to see what he does with it! Sam Raimi was going to direct it at one point, but dropped out to focus his attention on OZ The Great and Powerful.
The movie is set up at Legendary Pictures, and the script was written by Charles Leavitt (Blood Diamond). The goal is to start shooting the action adventure fantasy by the end of the year, with the hope of releasing it in theaters in 2015.
