Its a little early to tell how this one will turn out, and the synopsis doesn’t really do any favors, but who knows, we may be in for a surprise. While we don’t have any release info just yet, we do know that according to Screen Daily, Highland Film Group (HFG) will commence worldwide sales in Berlin on Silver Lining Media Group’s The Culling.

The film is written and directed by Rustam Branaman and stars Jeremy Sumpter, Elizabeth Di Prinzio, Brett Davern, Linsey Godfrey, Chris Coy, Harley Graham,Virginia Williams and Johnathon Schaech.
Synopsis: “The Culling centers on a group of five college friends who head out of town for a fun-filled long weekend, but their plans change after they find a 7-year-old girl alone at an empty cafe along the highway and have no choice but to drive her home. When they arrive at her house, it’s quickly apparent they will have to stay for the night — but what’s not apparent is the evil nightmare they are about to encounter.”
