Nicolas Cage doesn't feel like he's getting enough work these days, so he's signed on to star in another thriller called Tokarev. He will play a character named Paul Maguire in the film, a former crook "trying to find the kidnappers of his daughter and avoid falling back into his past."
Seems like your typical Cage movie. This will be the first American film from Spanish filmmaker Paco Cabezas, and he'll direct it from a script written by Jim Agnew and Sean Keller. It amazes me to see how much this guy works, and surprisingly he's one actor you never really see leave a project due to scheduling conflicts.
