IFC has just revealed that the Maniac remake starring Elijah Wood will be released on October 15th on both DVD and Bluray. They also released the atrocious blu ray artwork. After all of the bad ass poster art we have seen for this film, they decide to go with this photoshopped mess? IFC get your shit together and fix this atrocity.
Synopsis: Frank (Elijah Wood) is the withdrawn owner of a mannequin store, but his life changes when young artist Anna appears asking for his help with her new exhibition. As their friendship develops and Frank’s obsession escalates and the number of victims increases, it becomes clear that Frank is far more dangerous than he seems.
