Last night, La-La Land Records and Waxwork Records (representing the world of soundtracks on CD and vinyl, respectively) celebrated George A. Romero's Day of the Dead with a special screening.
Scream Factory provided the print (well, a remastered Blu-ray) and Romero, composer John Harrison, Greg Nicotero, Joe Pilato and Howard Sherman all came out for a post-screening Q&A.
After the jump, check out some video excerpts which finds Romero weighing in on the current zombie wave and how he feels about no longer being alone in the undead entertainment sandbox.
The night was a blast and if you haven't picked up Scream's Blu-ray presentation, do so. Further, vinyl nuts are going to love what Waxwork did. For those who prefer the soundtrack on CD, definitely snag La-La Land's CD. Day of the Dead couldn't look or sound better!
