Universal Pictures is casting another lead role in Colin Trevorrow's Jurassic World, and it went to another young actor by the name of Nick Robinson. For those of you not familiar with Robinson, he starred in a wonderful coming of age indie film earlier this year called Kings of Summer. If you haven't seen it yet, it's a must watch!
He will join the recently announced cast member Ty Simpkins (Iron Man 3) in the movie. Robinson will play the older brother to Simpkins’s character. Bryce Dallas Howard and Jake Johnson (New Girls) are also in talks for the film production.
They've got a really talented cast so far. Trevorrow will shoot the film in 3D, and Universal Pictures is planning to release it on June 12th, 2015. I'm excited to see what exactly they are planning for this thing, but I'm sure it will be epic!
