I've two more gritty Super Mario Bros. shorts for you to watch today from the short film series called The Four Players. One is called The Soldier and features Toad, who takes desperate action for the sake of his Kingdom. The other is called The Star, in which Princess Peach contemplates happier times while suffering at the hands of her captors. The short was written and directed by Evan Daugherty, the writer of Snow White and The Huntsman and the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. As for The Four Players series, it's described as a "bold new take on some familiar gaming icons."

That was pretty cool. The soldier one is really dope. I wont mind watching a whole movie about it. Didnt check The Star yet. My internet is acting up smh.
