  • 7 Awesome New Photos from MAD MAX: FURY ROAD

George Miller's Mad Max: Fury Road looks like it's going to be amazingly insane! We've got seven new photos from the film thanks to EW.

They include images of Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron, and Nicholas Hoult as the badass characters they play in the film. With the release of these photos, we'll hopefully get to see a trailer soon! The director had this to say about the story in a brief statement:

"I wanted to tell a linear story–a chase that starts as the movie begins and continues for 110 minutes. In this crucible of very intense action, the characters are revealed."

Mad Max: Fury Road is set to be unleashed in theaters on May 15th, 2015

MAD MAX: FURY ROAD is the fourth film of George Miller‘s Road Warrior/Mad Max franchise co-written and directed by Miller. The post-apocalyptic action film is set in the furthest reaches of our planet, in a stark desert landscape where humanity is broken, and most everyone is crazed fighting for the necessities of life.

Within this world of fire and blood exist two rebels on the run who just might be able to restore order… There’s Max (played by TOM HARDY from The Dark Knight Rises), a man of action and a man of few words, who seeks peace of mind following the loss of his wife and child in the aftermath of the chaos.

And… Furiosa (played by CHARLIZE THERON from Prometheus), a woman of action and a woman who believes her path to survival may be achieved if she can make it across the desert back to her childhood homeland.

Mad Max is one of the few franchises where the second installment is widely considered as superior to the first one.

These type of movies always made me sad. I will probably check it out, but I know the ending will be gloomy.
