Mark Wahlberg has been busy with Ted, which made over $500 million at Universal Pictures, and filming Pain & Gain opposite Dwayne Johnson. While doing press for Allen Hughes' Broken City, Wahlberg shared some new details about the Ted sequel and Transformers 4.
Speaking to Collider (via The Film Stage), Wahlberg stated that "the plan is to shoot Bay’s robot sequel this May and then segue directly into a sequel to Ted, which could mean production right around a year from now considering the normally lengthy shooting schedule for Bay." Things are looking good for a Summer 2014 release for Ted, since it is obviously a priority for Universal.
Russell Crowe and Catherine Zeta-Jones also star in the crime drama opening January 18th. Check out the new trailer from MTV and share your thoughts.
