who do YOU like better? personally i like mj a little bit more, prince made amazing music but it just didnt connect with me like michael did. both artists can be seen as "weird" but i think alot of musical geniuses are portrayed that way.

Prince seems like he would be a more interesting person to talk to. MJ seemed way off his nut and would have been frustrating to talk to (you ever see the interviews? loony as hell. sadly. ). Music-wise I think I like more MJ songs that I do Prince songs. I can't say I like any of the their crap I've heard from them in the last 15yrs. So yah.

My best Prince song is Shhh. Excellent song with a great solo. Michael Jackson has his songs and all but I prefer Prince due to the fact that he plays the instruments and such

Prince for me no question.
Extremely talented songwriter who has ghost written some amazing songs for various artists that he has never received widespread acclaim for. Growing up you were either a fan of one or the other, but for me Prince's musical direction struck the biggest chord - his love of beautiful women helped too
