MP3 Vs Hard Copy (CD)

What do you guys prefer? downloaded (purchased or not) MP3's or the CD.

while it's cool to download shit for free i always prefer having the CD in my hand that way you know you're getting full quality plus all the liner notes in the booklet.

I prefer CDs as long as there not mp3s just copied on them like these new Death Row/Wideawake releases. I like CDs because I can rip the tracks in FLAC.

I prefer Mp3's just because it's easier to store tracks on HDD. CD's take too much space, even though i have several dozens of them...

I never said i want wavs. Even if there are wavs available i still convert em to mp3. Don't have hdd to save wavs...

CD - quality is great and i can convert it to FLAC or mp3 if i need 2

But why would u rip CD to computer? just to save space on ur desk or to have fast access to songs via computer player, it only takes 10 sec to put disc into computer.
also compact cds are called like that for a reason, because they are small and dont take much space like LP vinyls do.

But i actually prefer VINYL over any digital format.

i like cd's better the sound quality isn't compressed like a mp3 are much cleaner sound

Artists I really fuck with I buy their shit. It amazes me when I see people on 2Pac forums like "yeah I just downloaded 7 day theory, albums tight" But anyways. I prefer the physical copy. Of artists I really like, but being HELLA broke Im downlading shit at the moment which is alright too i guess.

Hard copies are nice to have. I like the fact that its a physical object, with the artwork etc, Full quality and it doesnt take two minutes to rip Cds all the way.

i'll take a CD over a MP3 any day of the week. its always better 2 have a physical copy of your music in your hands.

I do the try before I buy method. I'll download it and listen to it. if I really like it then I'll got out to buy the cd.
