Rapper E-40 is planning a busy March, with the release of three separate albums later this month.
The Vallejo-based rap legend will drop The Block Brochure, along with Welcome To The Soil 1, 2 & 3.
The albums contain a collective of artists like 2 Chainz, Juicy J, Raheem DeVaughn, Gangsta Boo, Snoop Dogg, Tech N9ne, Kendrick Lamar, Droop-E, Katt Williams, T-Pain, Too $hort and others.
“I got this thang mane. Laid the groundwork and drew the blueprint for the independent music label entrepreneur years ago,” E-40 told AllHipHop.com. “The numbers prove my old school tactics make new school dollars. For the past two years they thought it was crazy for me to release two albums at the same time just like we did back in the day. Again, I proved them wrong.”
To celebrate the albums, E-40 is planning to drop his new video “Function,” featuring YG, IamSu! and Problem.
“This year we up the ante and you know what they say, three times is a charm. Let’s face it, no matter who you are or where you’re from we’re all out here just trying to Function,” E-40 said.
