  • Juicy J., DJ Paul Accused Of Ditching Show And Keeping Money

Three 6 Mafia members Juicy J and DJ Paul are being sued over a concert in which they failed to appear.

Micah S. Carver filed a lawsuit against Juicy J, DJ Paul, Lord Infamous, and their company Tear Da Club Up Tours LLC.

The lawsuit, which was filed on June 8, claims that the pair were booked for an April 2011 show in Orlando, Florida, but never made the date.

The lawsuit claims that Three 6 Mafia ditched the Orlando performance, in order to “attend another activity and appear on VH1 subsequent to executing the agreement,” Carver claims in the lawsuit.

To make matters worse, Three 6 Mafia never returned a $9,000 advance for the performance, which was to take place at a venue named Firestone Live.

Carver is suing for a total of $50,000, for economic loss, out-of-pocket expenses and loss of income and revenue.
