Nate Dogg $200k in Real Estate Left for SIX Kids

Rapper Nate Dogg had 6 kids, no will, and $200,000 in real estate to his name when he died last year ... and now a lawyer's been named to divvy up his assets.

In probate documents filed yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court ... Nate's home in Pomona, CA is valued at $350,000 -- but he still owed $150,000.

The documents also list his six children -- 4 daughters, 2 boys -- who will inherit his estate ... which may include much more cash than the $200k. Nate's earnings from his music catalog will ultimately be added to the pot.

According to the docs, attorney Alex Borden has been nominated -- by one of Nate's daughters and the mother of one of his boys -- to handle his affairs.

Glad to hear they're working on taking care of his estate, and making sure the family will be taken care of.
You know he has to have royalties etc coming in.
