Producer/songwriter, Sean "The Pen" Garrett, is reportedly in trouble with American Express for not paying a balance of upwards of $100,000.
According to TMZ, the credit card giant filed a lawsuit in Fulton County, GA recently, claiming the producer racked up a bill on his AMEX card to the tune of $108,084.62... and isn't paying.
A sample of Garrett's bill, which was included in the lawsuit listed his credit limit as $55,000 ... and now, he owes double that.
As of press time, it's unclear what he was spending his credit on.
In addition to his issues with AMEX, Garrett is also in trouble with the State of Georgia, who filed a tax lien against him earlier this year, claiming he owes $732,553.57 in back taxes for the years 2006 and 2007.
Garrett has yet to publicly respond to the reports.
