Singer Frank Ocean was busted for marijuana possession in Northern California on New Year's Eve, following a routine traffic stop.
According to TMZ.com, Ocean was pulled over in Mono County, California after his black BMW was clocked doing 90 mph in a 65 zone. When officers approached the vehicle, they detected a strong order of the drug, so his car was searched.
Law enforcement turned up a small bag of weed, which Ocean was cited for. He was also cited for driving on a suspended license, and tinted windows, before being released.
However, Ocean had to sit in the passenger's seat, because his license was confiscated.
The singer had not commented on the arrest as of press time.
