Though Kid CuDi may be experiencing some label woes, his other career avenues appear to be bright.
HollywoodReporter.com reports that Cudder has joined the cast of DreamWorks' Need For Speed, a film adaptation of the popular Electronic Arts video game series.
The movie, set for a February 7, 2014 release, will also feature "Breaking Bad's" Aaron Paul.
DreamWorks has said that it will be aiming for the tone of 1970s car-culture films. The movie will center around Paul playing a street racer who joins a New York-to-Los Angeles race to get revenge for being framed for the death of a friend.
Cudi will play a member of Paul's crew. The film will be produced by Dominic Cooper and Imogen Poots, and directed by Scott Waugh (Act of Valor).
