  • Lil' Kim Says She's "Just Now Getting Over" Notorious B.I.G.'s Death

During her rounds at MTV's "RapFix Live," Lil' Kim fielded a tough question from fellow rapper Bun B.

Bun asked Kim, "How was it dealing with the loss of Biggie for you in this industry?"

"Bun B, that's a very tough question because it took me so long — super long to deal with the loss of a person who was such a huge impact in my life," said Kim of The Notorious B.I.G.'s death on March 9, 1997.

Kim revealed that, for the first time, she will celebrate on the anniversary of Big's death at club Glazz in Queens, New York.

"That's my first event ever on March 9 because I used to get offered events a lot and I said 'no,' " she explained. "I never celebrate that day. It's so funny because I can always feel when that day is approaching. I get so depressed. I get so sad. It happens before March, in February. I can feel it coming and I used to all say 'no.'

"So to answer Bun B, I'm just now getting over that fact, and it's how many years later," she said.

Lil Kim is whatever. She doesn't hold any important relevance to big, I think she was just one of his bitches that he fucked. The true people that are important are the mothers of his daughter, his mother and stuff. Anyways, he's not here anymore and you should never spit on a dead mans grave since Biggie has done more good than bad for this world.
