Rapper Too Short was arrested early Wednesday (March 20) for a DUI... and after allegedly attempting to run from police.
According to TMZ.com, the rapper (real name: Todd Anthony Shaw) was pulled over in Los Angeles early Wednesday for a routine traffic violation and when the cops approached the vehicle, he appeared under the influence.
When police attempted to administer a breathalyzer test, sources say Too Short took off, and tripped as he ran down the street.
He was arrested, and booked at the station, after trying to dump narcotics in the back of the cruiser. The type of drugs were unknown at press time.
Too Shrot blew a .09, just over the .08 legal limit. He was booked for DUI and felony narcotics possession.
