A month after being hit with domestic violence charges, 50 Cent has pleaded not guilty.
According to TMZ.com, the rapper (real name: Curtis Jackson) appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday (August 5) and pleaded not guilty to five charges surrounding the alleged incident, dating back to June.
He was also ordered to stay away from his the victim, alleged baby's mother/model Daphne Joy, and turn in all of his firearms.
In early July, Fiddy was charged with domestic violence for an alleged incident in June, where he allegedly kicked Joy and then destroyed property in her L.A. condo -- including chandeliers, furniture, a TV and a lamp.
Word is Joy is the father of her child, a second child 50 has never publicly acknowledged.
50 is due back in court in September.
