  • Juicy J Says He Would "Love To" Participate In A Three 6 Mafia Album In The Future

Memphis, Tennessee native and Three 6 Mafia founding member Juicy J recently talked about the group that got him his original stardom.

Sitting down with The Breakfast Club, Juicy spoke on members of the group and their upcoming offshoot effort being dropped under the moniker Da Mafia 6ix.

"That's just something they doing," Juicy J said when asked about the group. "I would definitely have to be in the group if it was a real group thing... I don't blame them. I'm all for it."

DJ Paul also recently echoed Juicy's clarification that the group would not be called "Three 6 Mafia" because all members are not present. When asked whether he'd like to be a part of a possible future Three 6 Mafia, Juicy J said he would and hopes that there is indeed another album down the line.

"Man I would love to, man I hope so man, in the future," he said. "Hell yeah, man. Let's gets more cash... Who knows, it could be the whole squad. Anything is possible, man."

Juicy also spoke on his own career during the sit-down. He said he never saw himself as a solo artist and attributes Mike WiLL Made It to a lot of his success.

"I never thought I would be a solo artist," he said when reflecting. "I was just doing mixtapes and just hustlin' and it just happened. 'Bandz A Make Her Dance' dropped and then it just started pushing me toward being a solo artist and making an album."

Finally, Juicy J dropped some news about what he's currently working on including production on a new posthumous Pimp C album.

"I'm working on Wiz Khalifa's album," he said. "I'm working on the new Pimp C album, producing a lot of tracks on there. The Taylor Gang album about to drop and I've been doing some stuff with that."
