After having his personal assets auctioned off and being evicted from his Nashville home, rapper Young Buck is set to emerge from bankruptcy three years after originally filing.
According to TMZ.com, his former boss 50 Cent and a creditor in his bankruptcy proceedings will get nothing. The hip-hop had previously loaned Buck $300,000 and a $171,000 balance remained, but according to court docs, the payout will be $0.
The bankruptcy trustee and IRS will be the only recipients of any type of money, splitting around $330,000.
Buck's plans, as he emerges from bankruptcy, were unknown at press time.
