The Zillow Blog recently a pair of yearly lists, running down the most desirable neighbors of 2014... and the worst neighbors of 2013.
The website ran their seventh annual Zillow Celebrity Neighbor Survey in December, asking Americans which celebrities they would most like to have as their neighbor, and the ones they wouldn't prefer.
Topping the list of "Most Desirable Neighbor" is late-night TV host Jimmy Fallon. With 11 percent of the vote, he was the top choice for a neighbor in the coming year.
"It's been a landmark year for Jimmy Fallon. He had his first baby, headlined a successful comedy tour and was named Jay Leno's successor to 'The Tonight Show.' He carries a positive, funny and relatable vibe, which people would love to have in a neighbor," said Zillow Chief Marketing Officer Amy Bohutinsky.
Others on the list included LeBron James, Jennifer Lawrence, and Sofia Vergara.
For the worst neighbors of 2013, it's Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. After landing at #2 on the 2012 list, the couple tops the list with 18 percent of the vote, beating out the cast of "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo." Just 2 percent of respondents said they would like to live next to Ye and Kim.
"No one wants to live next door to a family who has cameras following them everywhere and seems to seek out as much attention as possible," said Bohutinsky. "However, with more than one-third of surveyed Americans preferring a non-celebrity neighbor, what remains clear is that many people don't want to live next to any celebrity, regardless of why they are famous."
