Back in early 2012, Patricia Trejo accused X (real name: Earl Simmons) of owing more than $1 million in back child support, which he recently settled.
According to TMZ.com, the rapper owed 10 years of back child support, which prohibited him from getting a passport -- essentially costing him money in appearances and performances. But, DMX has settled the case... and is now in Europe on tour.
It's unclear how much he paid out in the settlement, as of press time.
DMX has a daughter with Trejo, which is nearly 11 years old.
